     Turtle Coat for exterior walls and trim after thorough preparation to the surfaces that will receive the coatings system (washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, replacement of rotten wood, repair to sound but damaged wood, masking and taping to protect areas not receiving the coatings).

  Turtle Coat Adhesive Primer/Sealer is applied. This unique Adhesive Primer/Sealer is a clear transparent, acrylic elastomeric, waterproofing adhesive, bonding Primer Sealer. A waterborne, latex based, high resin content formula that contains no fillers or pigments. It is designed to remedy and prepare chalking and/or poorly conditioned surfaces for a finish coat. Turtle Coating  Adhesive Primer revitalizes and strengthens the surface to which it is applied, preventing cracking, efflorescence, spalling and segregation. Turtle Coat Adhesive Primer will bond, seal and waterproof most any exterior surface. Excellent penetrating characteristics enable Turtle Coat Adhesive Primer to permeate into the substrate providing a permanent bond to the finish coat. On non-porous substrates, the high resin content provides excellent adhesive to the surface then forming a tight bond to the finish coat. The bond that is formed between Turtle Coat Primer and the finish coat eliminates any possibility of moisture under the finish coat thus extending the coating’s life considerable.

    After the Adhesive Primer/Sealer has dried, we apply Turtle Coat Elastomeric Ceramic Finish Coat. The Finish Coat can be tinted to any color, stays flexible to expand and contract with the substrate is breathable, resists mold, mildew and even carpenter bees. The Turtle Coat Wall Coating is a bright white, matte finish, elastomeric acrylic, insulatingceramic, Protective Waterproofing Wall Coating. An elastomeric acrylic, latex based, high build formula that provides waterproofing, insulating, and soundproofing performance in a beautiful protective finish. innovative elastomeric resin technology results in an extremelydurable, waterproofing elastic film that has excellent resistance to thermal shock by expanding and contracting with hot and cold temperatures, but also has good impact resistance and excellent chemical resistance. A self-priming coating that forms a thick rubber like ceramic shield of protection that becomes part of the substrate due to excellent adhesion and bonding. Turtle Coat offers superior mildew resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch and mar resistance, ceramic insulation & soundproofing, excellent adhesion, ultraviolet ray reflectivity and a beautiful matte finish. Excellent anti-carbonation protection on concrete substrates. Turtle Coat passed the Class A Fire Rating Test ASTM E84-01 as per NFPA 101 Life Safety Code. Originally designed as a Commercial Coating for hi-rises multi-story buildings and skyscrapers to reduce costly maintenance, repairs and frequent repainting, and is now also used as an insulating, energy saving, wall coating that stabilizes, strengthens, and protects while combating the destructive environmental forces of nature. This coating system is warranted for 25 Years against chipping, peeling or flaking.

     Turtle Coat Clear Gloss Acrylic Sealant for decks, cedar, logs, shakes, and masonry stone. Turtle Coat’s clear gloss is 100% acrylic wood and deck sealer. It effectively penetrates, seals, waterproofs and protects wood, resisting moisture penetration, and subsequent rotting and decay. It is a high technology waterborne formulation that retards the aging process (silvering) of new, unexposed fresh wood. It has excellent mildew resistance and possesses ultraviolet resisting chemicals that slow down the damaging effects of the sun’s U.V. rays. It protects and beautifies wood surfaces for up to 5 years depending on atmospheric conditions and geographic region. Longevity and wear is relative to the amount of foot traffic to which the product is subjected. Periodic re-coating of high traffic areas may be necessary. The ultimate combination of acrylic resins and additives form a wood finish that is soft enough to expand and contract with porous wood, yet is durable and hard enough to accommodate deck traffic. It can be used on interior or exterior uncoated wood such as cedar, pine, fir, redwood, etc., and well weathered previously stained wood surfaces using proper preparation. Turtle Coat Clear Gloss Sealant  possesses excellent adhesion and can be used over other paints, stains, and coatings once compatibility has been determined by testing an area and checking after 72 hours for adhesion and compatibility . Turtle Coat Clear Gloss is designed for use on structural lumber, wood siding, shingles, fences, doors, frames, sash, trellises, decks, pool decks, docks and spas.
